Amenities
The studio is Located in Netil house. The house itself has a cafe and vegan restaurant ‘Palm Greens’ as well as a two nighttime venues: ‘NT’s Loft Bar’ & ‘Netil 360 Rooftop Bar’. It’s located 2 minute walking distance from Broadway market where you’ll find loads of local eateries, off-licenses and pubs.
Below are our suggestions:
If you’re not familiar with the area there are plenty of things to do around Netil House that often provokes inspiration. I would recommend walking to London Fields for a bit of fresh air, or a stroll up the canal to gain some perspective. There’s normally Jazz jams, DJ sets and film screenings happening nearby which are worth checking out if you’ve wrapped up a session but want to unwind afterwards.
And if you’re feeling particularly inspired and want to stay locked into Lavaland, there’s a kitchen at your disposal with a kettle, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher so feel free to stock up on snacks and make use of the fully equipped space. This is also useful if you’re on a strict budget.

Surroundings
The building itself has some great spots to explore and become immersed in, but it’s worth walking two minutes up the road to London Fields. The park is lively and refreshing. I often go for a swim at the Lido before or after a session to clear my head. But the Park is great for running, basketball and general exercise too.
On the weekends it’s worth heading to Broadway Market to get a glimpse into the bustle.
